Years ago I used another company, U****e. You can figure out who. After 5 years I was being told I needed a new AC unit. They could have someone there within an hour to sell me a new one. Well, I changed to Anthony's and there is no looking back. Honest and up front and never trying to sell me something I don't need yet. But when I do, I know who I am going to... Anthony's. Josh came today and did a wonderful job and he was very kind and caring. In the middle of the aftermath of Hurricane Milton, Anthony's is still on their game. Keep it up. Your honesty and service speak volumes in today's world.

He came promptly on a Saturday. He did everything I asked and explained it so I understood what he meant. He had no attitude like the others. He explained why the duct system sweat. He talked about the AC compressor requirements and how they overshadowed the duct system and it couldn’t keep up. I felt educated after he left, not an idiot. This is huge!

It is undeniable that Anthony's Cooling-Heating is a terrific organization and their employees are the cream of the crop. Unfortunately, we found that we need to have our entire home's ductwork replaced. Mechanical engineer (trained at the University of Michigan) Jim Glowniak's unhurried, patient examination and explanation as to what our home now required softened the financial blow. We have a maintenance plan with Anthony's for the HVAC system. Very impressed we have been with every interaction and service from this company. Today, Matthew H. conducted a service on the HVAC, as per our contract. He was polite, well presented, efficient, communicative, and thorough. He informed us throughout the process as to what he had done. We have renewed our maintenance contract for another year, would be foolish not to. Check out Anthony's range of service plans for all your cooling/heating/electrical needs. They are great value. And if you have an elderly friend or relative, let them know about Anthony's. This company offers great service, competitive prices, professional employees, and a super friendly team of office staff. The End.
