Originally from Lancaster, PA, Josh now happily calls Florida home. With over 25 years in HVAC, he’s worked across nearly every corner of the trade and still shows up eager to learn more. Alongside his role as a senior technician, Josh leads Anthony’s Cool School as Director and Lead Instructor, where he focuses on building confident, capable technicians who truly understand the system. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his wife, spending time with their two pups, Parker and Valor, and cooking up fun new dishes at home. Known for being funny, genuine, and approachable, Josh believes great work starts with great people—and that growth should always be part of the job description.
