I called late last week for a quote on my HVAC, and David called to discuss and spent nearly 30 minutes on the phone; taking the time to explain to me all of the nuances that work together to make a system work well here in Florida. He stopped out today to look at the system and quote me a couple of options for replacement as my system is getting older and is near end-of-life. He actually smelled gas at the side of the house which resulted in a TECO technician coming to the house. The issue was found and fixed it. We were grateful to Ruben for pointing this out to us.
